Online Education

The traditional classroom is no longer the only way to get an excellent education. Now more than ever, students are enrolling in courses online through well respected schools such as Kaplan University and the University of Phoenix to take advantage of earning degrees at the convenience of their own home. The classroom is on the web as students access assignments/interact with professors via blackboards, chats, and videos. As David Clinefelter, Provost of Kaplan University states in Newsweek’s Finding the Right College For You, “…online schools often offer a variety of learning platforms so students can choose to learn through the vehicle that works best for them, whether by listening, reading or conversing with peers”. Many of my colleagues and clients are taking advantage of online coursework. Let me know about your experiences!
